Bookings and fares

A booking is confirmed once Sairam Travels confirms the vehicle, date, route and fare with you. Fares depend on the vehicle, distance or duration and the type of trip.

Items such as tolls, parking, interstate permits and driver allowances, where they apply, are confirmed with you at the time of booking.

Changes

If your plans change, please tell us as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp so we can adjust the booking.

Travel conduct

Passengers are expected to follow the driver's safety instructions and applicable laws during the journey.
